6 EMDRIA credits have been applied for and are under review. EMDRIA CE credits are only needed for those EMDRIA members who are “certified” (or are applying for certification) and those who are “approved consultants.”
There is no additional charge for EMDRIA credits; however, you will need let us know if you require EMDRIA credits when you register (via check or online). If you send a check for $50, we will assume that you wish to obtain CA BBS CE’s @ $25 for the 6 hours. This cost is up from the past 12 years due to a policy that the BBS has adopted making the process of getting approval for CE’s difficult and quite time consuming.
Two Techniques to Enhance EMDR Therapy: Restricted Breathing as Treatment Target and Strengthening Resilience Within the Future Template
This workshop will introduce a collection of unique techniques and approaches to EMDR therapy. Dr. Hartung has been an EMDR trainer internationally for decades. During that time he has developed enhancements to basic EMDR procedures and has been a steady voice for progress in the use of EMDR. A professor in the psychology department of University of Colorado, he has also been a strong advocate of testing new innovations with solid research. In this workshop he shares with us some of the innovations in EMDR therapy that he has considered most important over his twenty five years teaching EMDR.
